Are you prepared for a NYSDEC Inspection?  Does your administrative staff know who to contact within the facility?  Are your records readily available? What is DEC looking for?

Jeff Reed, Senior Project Engineer with Barton & Loguidice, will join us to discuss how to be prepared for and survive a DEC inspection.  The discussion will include some of the most frequently cited violations for the major programs (water, air, solid & hazardous waste, bulk storage) based on input from Region 6 and Region 7 DEC.

ELECTION OF MVEIE BOARD & OFFICERS will also occur at the June meeting.

The program will conclude with a legislative and regulatory update provided by Young, Sommer, &LLC of Albany.
